LyondellBasell is named to Fortune Magazine's "World's Most Admired Companies" list for the second consecutive year. One of the categories in which survey respondents were asked to evaluate companies was ‘Social responsibility to the community and the environment’. LyondellBasell they advanced sustainability and the circular economy through a first-ever plastics recycling partnership between a waste management company (Suez) and plastics producer (LyondellBasell); and played a leadership role in founding the global, cross-value chain Alliance to End Plastic Waste.

To announcement  the construction of a new small-scale molecular recycling facility in Ferrara, Italy, New Imaging’s animators were requested to visualise the capabilities of molecular recycling using LyondellBasell’s proprietary MoReTec technology, moving closer to converting post-consumer plastic waste into new plastics.
