WBO wants to make affordable and enjoyable living possible for their tenants. For this they manage more than 4,000 rental properties in Oldenzaal. With their core task being to offer housing to people who cannot provide it themselves or a modest income, WBO is a committed and socially entrepreneurial organization. They work closely together with tenants, partners and stakeholders to assure a pleasant, tidy and safe neighborhood.

The course of WBO Wonen for the coming years was initially documented in a long and misinterpretable document. To support their image as a reliable and transparent partner tenants can trust in, they chose for a shorter, simpler but equally educational form of presentation: 2D Animation! We were asked to produce this uplifting and relatable animation to communicate WBO’s new trajectory and expected milestones while maintaining their brand identity.
