Amber Willemztijn is the new wave of fashion design! Graduated with honors winner of the LIDL Fashion Contest 2018 and Wonder Woman Award 2018 Amber just got warmed up before making her way through today's fashion controversy and political and cultural influences. When the day came to photograph her graduation collection and maybe the most stunning design so far she laid her trust into the fingers of our photography guru, Frans Dekker!

In collaboration with Hanna Jansen - a Dutch fine art photographer who graduated from the Fine Art Photography department of ArtEZ University of the Arts in Enschede nothing was left to chance. Frans and Hanna worked within a professional studio environment and put a lot of emphasis on the technical execution of this work. The final results convey Amber's fashion as a foundation for the surrounding. Colors and textures around the models originate from the design of their fashion, not the other way around. Being experimental and surreal represents Amber’s fashion values and were important rules during this shoot and when choosing the location.
